If I apply for a new service, will my old service be disconnected?

Applying for a new service will not automatically terminate your old service. Your old service will only be disconnected if you complete an online request to stop service or contact our customer service centre.


Why do you need to know if there will be a dog at the new address?

If we need to send a service employee or meter reader to the new address, it's helpful to know whether they should expect to encounter a dog.


Is there a fee for applying for a new service?

As displayed on the form, there is an application fee when transferring an account or opening a new account.
